Deans of Faculty of Law of State Universities Gathered in Unpad

[Unpad.ac.id, 16/07] As many 34 of Deans of the Faculty of Law (FH) from 36 State Universities (PTN) members of Cooperation Agency (BKS) Dean FH PTN nationwide gathered in the Unpad in order to attend the annual meeting, Thursday (16/07). The meeting conducted in the Bale Rumawat Padjadjaran, Jl. Dipati Ukur 35 Bandung while showing short profile of Unpad since standing up to 52 years.

The 34 State Universities that presented were, Samratulangi University, University of Gajah Mada University, Mulawarman, Palangkaraya University, University of Lambung Mangkurat, University of Cenderwasih, University of Indonesia, Semarang State University, and University of Hasanudin. also presented the Dean of the University of Diponegoro University, Brawijaya, General Soedirman University, the University of Mataram, Patimura University, Andalas University, University Turnojoyo, University tirtajaya, and Military Law School.

In his speeches,Vice Rector of Cooperation, Prof.Dr. Tb. Zulrizka Iskandar, S. Psi., M. on behalf Unpad Rector welcome to all participants of meeting in Unpad. He acknowledged that carry out cooperation with other universities in and outside the country is important. For that, he hopes that this BKS could be networking of various universities in Indonesia, to improve the quality of law education in Indonesia.

“Hopefully the goal of this activity as a means to improve the quality of facilitates and means to exchange information in the field of education, research, and dedication to the community can be done well,” said Prof.Zulrizka.

He revealed that the condition of Indonesia at this time demands the availability of legal experts that increasingly. For that he hopes, through this cooperation the development of science of law can be preceded better in Indonesia.

This meeting had been opened on Wednesday (15/07) night and will end on Friday (17/07). After the speech, participants is invited to look around FH Unpad campus, from the lecture room to the Mochtar Koesoemaatmadja library assisted by  the Assistant Dean FH, Dadang epi Sukarsa SH, MH. This evening they are scheduled to enjoy The art of Sundanese in Saung Angklung Mang Udjo. (eh) *
