Applying for Nominees of Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Prize in 1433 H or 2012
Islamic Development Bank (IBD) Prize is an annual international award hosted by the IDB Group, technically carried out by Islamic Research and Training Institute (IRTI). This event brings different themes, between “shari’a economic system” and “shari’a banking financial system”.
Since 1988, awards have been given to prominent figures in shari’a finance and economy, namely Dr. Muhammad Umar Chapra (1989), Dr. Yusuf Qardhawi (1991), Dr. Abbas Mirakhor (2003), and Prof. Rifaat Abdulkarim (2010), as well as shari’a financial organizations, such as Tabung Haji Malaysia (1990).
