[Unpad.ac.id, 22/08/2016] Rector Universitas Padjadjaran, Prof. Tri Hanggono Achmad, inaugurated the Integrated Service Center Unpad and West Java Data Center at the Rectorater Building, Jatinangor, Monday (22/08). The inauguration was attended by the Vice Governor of West Java Deddy Mizwar, 7th Unpad Rector Prof. Dr. Yuyun Wirasasmita, M.Sc., and 9th Unpad Rector Prof. Dr. H. A. Himendra Wargahadibrata, dr., Sp.An., KIC.
“Hopefully with this form of governance, service to the public will be better and we could achieve better governance,” said Rector after the inauguration of the Integrated Service Center Unpad.
Integrated Service Center is located on the 1st Floor Unpad Rectorate Building Jatinangor. Here, 624 types of service from 11 rectorates at Universitas Padjadjaran. The service is divided into 5 categories, consisted of students, faculty and staff, information technology, international, and public. Services include information services to the services of a technical nature, such as printing new KTM, KRS services and so on.
“Serving all of the services that existed at the rectorate level of, intended for faculty, students, staff, or even partner of Universitas Padjadjaran, and also those in international networks,” said Director of Governance and Public Communication, Dr. Soni Akhmad Nulhaqim, S. Sos., M.Sc.
Dr. Soni also revealed his office will continue to conduct evaluations to improve the service, both in terms of systems and facilities. He also hoped the Integrated Service Centers can be utilized by users.
“All students, staff and faculty are welcome to use the services provided here,” said Dr. Soni.
Meanwhile, West Java Data Center is located in the Rectorate Building, 2nd Floor Jatinangor. This Data Center presented a variety of details, ranging from what is happening in Unpad to West Java.
“And also information related to SOE, the state-owned enterprises listed in SOE Center of Excellence in Unpad, “said Director of Technology and Information Systems, Drs. Gatot Riwi., M.Sc.
The data presented on the West Java covered area, population, potential, up to the poverty rate in each City/Regency in West Java. In the future, Unpad will continue to complement this data, for the information in Unpad to be implemented in creating policies. *
