Domestic Cooperation:
- Cooperated with Central Java Co-Fish Project Section, Directorate general Catched Fishery, Department of Marine and Fishery (2003) about Fishery Environmental Effect Analysis Training.
- Cooperated with PT. BIO FLONA PRIMA (2003) about Food Supplement Evication Test Research (Zoe Agro Prima).
- Cooperated with PT. PAL Indonesia, Surabaya (2006), about Education and Shipping Facilities for Students’ Practice.
- Cooperated with PT. SeaWorld Indonesia, about Sea Nature and Biological Variety Conservation (2006).
- Cooperated with Marine and Fishery Research Board, Department of Marine and Fishery (2007) about Education, Research, Development, and Marine and Fishery Science and Technology Application.
- Cooperated with PT. Indoneptune Net Manufacturing, Manufacturer of Fishing Net, Twine & Rope (1986-now), about Education Net Making Practice Facilities for Students.
Foreign Cooperation:
- Cooperated with University of Reading, England (1990-1994), about Visit and Staff Quality Upgrade and Training Exchanges.
- Cooperated with University of Ghent, Belgium (2005) about staff quality upgrade.
- Cooperation release with Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Japan (2006) for postgraduate program and joint research.
- Cooperated with IRD (Institut de Recherche pour le Developpement) France, about Remote Sensing Technology Training (2007).
