Lecture Buildings
Unpad Faculty of Letters has three lecture places, in Jatinangor and Bandung. The ones in Bandung are located at Dago Pojok Street and Ir. H. Juanda Street No. 248. Most lecture and administrative activities are located in Jatinangor. This main campus is used for lectures of Diploma III Program, Undergraduate Program, and some BKU Postgraduate Program.
At this campus, Unpad Faculty of Letters has a dean (administration) building, a postgraduate and language center administration building, two lecture buildings, a student center building, and mosque. Other than those buildings, Japanese academic program lectures also take place at Japanese Language Study Center (PSBJ). There is an administration room, lecture rooms, library, language laboratory, canteen, and hall in PSBJ. The classrooms in Unpad Faculty of Letters are facilitated with in focus, overhead projector (OHP), and sound system.
At Dago Pojok Street, Unpad Faculty of Letters has a couple of rooms; they are the program office, library, and mosque. The rooms at Ir. H. Juanda Street No. 248 are in priority for language services use by the language center. Meanwhile lectures in this campus are adjusted with the Faculty of Letters Language Center use of rooms there.
Library
Unpad Faculty of Letters library is located on the 1st floor of B Building which is 235 meter squares wide. The library has book collections, magazines journals, and other periodical publications. Until now, the collections of Unpad Faculty of Letters have reached 53,332 copies, with 5,266 of them are donated by Wing Kardjo.
This number of collection excluded the collections owned by department libraries, noting that each department in Unpad Faculty of Letters also has a library.
New collections in form of books, magazines, newspapers, journals, and others, are gathered though purchase or donations, among them are from the university through PELITA project, National Education Department, alumni, and donations from other parties.
Laboratories
Currently, Unpad Faculty of Letters has 4 language laboratories, a computer laboratory, a multimedia laboratory, and a travel and ticketing laboratory. The laboratories capacities are as the following:
- Language Laboratory A with 40 units capacity
- Language Laboratory B with 64 units capacity
- Language Laboratory C with 17 units capacity
- Japanese Study Center Laboratory with 40 units capacity
- Computer Laboratory with 27 units capacity
- Multimedia Laboratory with 21 units capacity
- Travel & Ticketing Laboratory
Other Facilities
- Praying facilities. An 120 m² mosque is available for students of Faculty of Letters to pray at. Not only for praying, the mosque is also used by Student Executive Board (BEM) and Student Senate (SEMA) to conduct Islamic Mentoring and other religious activities.
- Open Theatre (Blue Stage), facilitated for all students to carry out art performances which supports academic activities in class rooms.
- Student Centre used as secretariat for all undergraduate and diploma III students organizations and activity groups.
- Basketball field, other than used by students of Faculty of Letters, the field is also used by students from other faculties for practice and open tournaments.
- Unpad Faculty of Letters Futsal Field, in the meantime, the field can only be effectively used after 02.00 pm since before that time, the location is used as parking lot for lecturers and students.
