Description:

Faculty of Psychology Universitas Padjadjaran established based on the SK Menteri PTIP nomor 037/SEK/PU/61 dated August 18, 1961. After that on September 2, 1961, the establishment of the faculty was inaugurated.

Psychology as a science that uses behavioral to understand the process in the self of a human that causes humans and others behave. Faculty of Psychology Unpad a center of psychology education in Indonesia. The purpose of the Faculty of Psychology Unpad, in addition to educational psychology also aims to develop the knowledge and methods of the perceived need of psychological sciences to be applied to the public.

Psychology Education in Universitas Padjadjaran always develops diagnostic reasoning skills or psychodiagnostics that is aspecial characteristic of the Faculty of Psychology Unpad, and also knowledge, methods in psychology through research. This goal has been developed for a long time, which made Faculty of Psychology Unpad as a pioneer in experimental psychology in the developing laboratory in Indonesia.
