[Unpad.ac.id] Total of 12 Universitas Padjadjaran students received scholarships from PT Bank Hana KEB Indonesia to support their learning process. The scholarship was given symbolically in Bale Rancage Jatinangor, Thursday (17/12).
Also attending during the ceremony was Director of Student Affairs and Alumni Padjadjaran University, Dr. Heryawan Kemal Mustafa, Head of Learning & Development PT Bank Hana KEB Indonesia, Vitriawaty Mizwar, Unpad Academic Administration Bureau Chief, Drs. Sudarma, MM, Head of Division of a number of faculty, and the scholarship recipients.
“This is an honor for Unpad because Hana KEB Indonesia has participated in support programs in Unpad. The students are not only proud to included in the a grantees selection, but they must be responsible, as proof that you could give back your best effort, “said Dr. Heryawan Kemal.
Meanwhile Vitriawaty Mizwar said Hana KEB Indonesia had deep concern for education. The education process did not stop at the campus. It extended to the world of profession, said Vitriawaty, therefore learning process is continuous, linking with human resources in the company.
“We hope our contribution could help students undergoing their studies,” said Vitriawaty.
Drs. Sudarma, MM., said that Unpad is looking forward for further cooperation with Hana KEB Indonesia. He also hopes that the grantees could complete studies on time. “Students should pay close attention to their study schedule. After graduating on time, Unpad also pays attention to alumni idling period. Currently, idling period for Unpad alumni range 3-4 months after graduation, “said Sudarma.
During the event, scholarship recipients also expressed their impressions of scholarship assistance from Hana KEB Indonesia. One student, Dicky Priyana said that he is proud to be one of the scholarship recipients. “Hopefully this scholarship can help us achieve a better future,” he said.*
