The visit aimed to study the organization and the management of personnel in Unpad. Lili Permadi explained that, different from UIN Malang, Unpad runs five bureaus, each of which responsible for public administration, academic, finance, student affairs, and planning and information system.
The faculty members, most whom are heads of bureaus and divisions in UIN Malang, were very enthusiastic listening to Permadi’s presentation.
Afterward, they were asked to go to various offices in the rectorate building and to several faculty buildings in Jatinangor. They had high hope that what they had learned from Unpad would be immediately implemented in their own university.
