[Unpad.ac.id, 04/01/2013] Last Friday, dance competition and karaoke contest were held to commemorate the first year of Unpad Rectorate Building in Jatinangor. The event took place on the second floor hall, Unpad Rectorate Building in Jatinangor.
Officially opened by the head of General Administration Bureau, Lili Permadi, the event was attended by 8 teams for dance competition and 29 participants for the karaoke contest. They were from the General Administration Bureau, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Communication Science, Faculty of Business and Economics, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Health Service Office, Faculty of Nursing. Sponsored by BNI and BRI, the committee was ready to give away door prizes for the winners.
In addition to singing contest and dance tournament, the committee had the participants erect stands that serve traditional culinary products such as Tahu Gejrot Cirebon, Bajigur, Bandros, and snacks. While competing, the participants could enjoy the refreshment.
The building was first used on January 5, 2012 in order to give better service for all lecturers and students most of whom are studying in Unpad campus in Jatinangor.
