[Unpad.ac.id, 20/06/2013] Rektor Unpad, Prof. Ganjar Kurnia, melantik Kepala Biro, Kepala Bagian, dan Kepala Subbagian di lingkungan Unpad, Kamis (20/06) di Grha Sanusi Hardjadinata Unpad Kampus Bandung. Pelantikan tersebut berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Rektor Unpad No. 2400 s/d 2581/UN6.RKT/KP/2013 tentang Pemberhentian dan Pengangkatan Pejabat Struktural di Lingkungan Universitas Padjadjaran.
Unpad Rector, Prof.. Ganjar Kurnia, inaugurated the new Bureau head, Section Chief, and Subdivision head of Universitas Padjadjaran on Thursday (20/06) at Graha Sanusi Hardjadinata, Unpad Campus Bandung. The inauguration took place according to Unpad Rector Decree No.. 2400 s / d 2581/UN6.RKT/KP/2013 regarding dismissal and appointment of structural officers in Universitas Padjadjaran.
According to the Rector, the inauguration is basically part of the change in Organizational Structure and Governance (SOTK) of Universitas Padjadjaran. “As it might be known, the last time we had a government-approved SOTK was in 1992, along with the statute,” explained the rector.
After 20 years since it was approved, acknowledged the rector, there have been many developments and changes in the organizational structure of Universitas Padajadjaran. Some necessary adjustments are required to suit the structural changes. One of the adjustments is the change in our Organizational Structure and Governance. “There are some changes in the nomenclature. These changes would also induce changes in implementing their duties, rules, and functions, “said Rector.
Therefore, the Rector also urged the newly-elected officials to work together to formulate the main tasks and functions (tupoksi). Considering the changes in the scope of main tasks of functions organizational structure, the formulation must be implemented together. Furthermore, the Rector also said that another purpose of the SOTK changes is related to bureaucratic reform. Bureaucratic reform is not only happening within the university, but it is also part of the changes at the national level.
“All this time, there has been the impression that this remuneration something that’s made up. The point is that Universitas Padjadjaran implements various changes based on the national regulations, “said Rector.
He also underlined that this structural changes are not only based on individual competencies, but also the shortfall. “It aims to improve the service quality of Universitas Padjadjaran ,” said Rector.
Through the inauguration, the Rector also hopes that the newly-appointed officers would be able to carry out their duties in accordance with their capabilities and competencies. “We hope that they would demonstrate an understanding on the newly-adjusted tupoksi so that we can do our best to provide the best service,” said Rector.
The names of the newly-appointed officers are:
1. Drs. Agus Safari, M.Sc., appointed as Head of Bureau Administration of Planning and Information System;
2. Dr.. H. Isis Ikhwansyah, SH, MH, CN., appointed as the Head of Bureau Learning and Student Affairs;
3. Drs. Sudarma, MM, appointed as the Head of Bureau Human Resources, Law, and Governance. *
