Bandung, 23 Agustus 2013. Universitas Padjadjaran is organizing another academic procession, graduation ceremony batch IV academic year 2012/2013, in three consecutive days, August 27 to 29, 2013. As many as 2880 graduates from Diploma III program, Diploma IV, Sarjana, Specialist, Profession, Master and Doctoral programs will walk on the commencement ceremony.
In order to maintain ceremonial quality and provide excellent service as well as comfort for the graduates, the family and community members around campus, the ceremony is divided into morning and noon sessions, 09.00-11.00 WIB and 14.00-16.00 WIB. Graduates and parents are to be present at the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please bring your invitation valid for two. All graduates must wear complete academic dress (caps, gowns, and necklace). General rehearsal is made compulsory for the graduates to take part on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 09.00-11.00 WIB in Grha Sanusi Hardjadinata.
In addition, Universitas Padjadjaran is cooperating with local police and civil service police unit (Satpol PP) to control the traffic in and around the campus, at Monumen Perjuangan parking lot, on Teuku Umar street and Hasanudin street so that order can be maintained. Should traffic congestion still occur, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that the ceremony poses and humbly request all motorists to avoid the aforementioned streets and find alternative.
