On the occasion, Prof. Yuddy also expressed his commitment in continuing to contribute to a better Unpad. “It is my moral responsibility to contribute in helping the development of Unpad,” said Prof. Yuddy who is an alumnus of Unpad, in the dialogue with the leadership at Rectorate Building, Jatinangor, Thursday (17/3).

Furthermore, he stated that there is ample potential of Universitas Padjadjaran. This potential could be synergized well in the field of student affairs, institutional, academic potential, and Unpad alumni potential to support a better Unpad. In addition, many things are needed to strengthen Unpad institutions in order to establish communication between Universitas Padjadjaran and the government.

“I am willing to help my own alma mater, “said the Minister of PANRB.

The principle of Unpad Ngahiji is part of the Rector’s leadership program, which aims to strengthen and improve the existence of Universitas Padjadjaran both nationally and internationally. The implementation would not be difficult if it is done by mutual cooperation.

“The existence of Ika Unpad should support the realization of it all. However, not only from Ika Unpad but also with the potential of students and faculty can support the work for the realization, “added Prof. Yuddy.

Speaking about Ika (Alumni Association), Prof. Yuddy stated that alumni should be able to bond between themselves and feel the benefit of joining and participate actively in Ika Unpad. If there were no ties and benefit for the alumni, they would rather walk on their own, when they should have realized their responsibility to help the alma mater.

“If the alumni has not yet been united, awareness of us still being part of the alma mater is difficult to forge, “he said.
