[Unpad.ac.id, 26/09/2016] In order to improve the academic quality at Faculty of Cultural Science Universitas Padjadjaran organized a “Simulation for Study Program Accreditation of 10 Study Programs in the Faculty of Cultural Science” in SanGria Hotel and Resort, Lembang on September 21 to 23 2016. This event was held as an effort to guide the ten study programs in Faculty of Cultural Science whose accreditation and reaccreditation in the upcoming terms.
The ten study programs include two new programs, Master Program in Linguistics and Master Program in History, four study programs whose accreditation will be expired, Bachelor Program in Indonesian Literature, Sundanese Literature, English Literature, and Master Program in Literary Studies, as well as four study programs accredited B and are expected to increase the status later this year, Bachelor Program in History, French Literature, German Literature and Doctoral Program in Literary Studies.
The scenario is fully supported by the Quality Assurance Unit (SPM), Unpad headed by Dr. Dra. Rd. Funny Mustikasari Elita, M.Sc., by assigning twelve reviewers consisting of BAN-PT Assessors and Internal Assessors from Unpad. The results of this simulation show that about 70% of study programs is expected to get and increase the value of accreditation to A. *
