[Unpad.ac.id, 1/09/2016] Association of Japanese Language Education Studies Indonesia (ASPBJI) in collaboration with Study Program of Japanese Literature Faculty of Cultural Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran will be holding an International Seminar” International Conference of Japanese Language Education” (Bali ICJLE) at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre, Badung, Bali, on 9-10 September.
Dr. Association of Japanese Language Education Studies Indonesia (ASPBJI) in collaboration with Study Program of Japanese Literature Faculty of Cultural Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran will be holding an International Seminar” International Conference of Japanese Language Education” (Bali ICJLE) at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre, Badung, Bali, on 9-10 September.

This seminar presented two keynote speakers, namely Rahmat Gobel (President PT. Gobel International, President “The Indonesian-Japan Friendship Association, and Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Alumni from Japan), as well as Zenshow Ito (President of Fujiko Pro Co., Ltd, and President of Fujiko F. Fujio museum Co., Ltd.)
In addition to keynote speeches and parallel seminars, the event would also be filled with a Symposium on Japanese business, Symposium about the culture and Japanese language teaching, and a special symposium for Japanese Language Teachers of high school in the ASEAN region, the United States, and Australia. There are also activities for Graduate student oral presentation and poster title.
“Most of the papers submitted discussed culture, language, teaching Japanese language, technology, and business,” said Dr. Agus, who also serves as Chairman of the ASPBJI and Lecturer of Study Program Japanese Literature Unpad.
Dr. Agus also hoped that the international seminar becomes a space to introduce how the Japanese language teaching methods in Indonesia. Indonesia, he added, is the country with the number of Japanese language learners in the world.
Meanwhile, Head of Study Program Japanese Literature Unpad, Dr. Riza Lupi Ardiati, expected this international seminar to open a network of cooperation with Japanese Literature Unpad, especially for students.
“It is expected to open network for students in aspects of learning, research, and further study,” said Dr. Riza.
