[Unpad.ac.id, 18/11/2016] Universitas Padjadjaran won The Media Relations (AMH) in 2016 as the Best Group III Central Government for the category Top Souvenirs. AMH is an annual national event held Coordinating Agency Public Relations Society (Bakohumas) of the Ministry of Communication and Information to give appreciation to the Public Relations unit at the Ministry, institutions, agencies, and universities.

The award is presented by Partnership Director of Communications Directorate General of Information and Public Communication Ministry of Communications, Dedet Surya Nandika, to the Director of Governance and Public Communications/Head of the Unpad International Office Ade Kadarisman, S. Sos., MT, the Public Relation Media Award Night 2016 at the Harris Hotel & Convention Bandung, Friday (18/11).
In the Central group, Unpad won third best after competing participants from Ministries, Institutions, Universities, enterprises, and enterprises. On the occasion the First Place was presented to the Tourism Ministry and the Second Place to Constitutional Court. In addition to the central level, the award category Top Souvenirs were also given to a group of local governments.
Cinderamata participated in this competition is the Sunda clock that shows the time in terms of Sundanese culture and Selendang Unpad. Both of these souvenirs is the initiation of the tenth Rector, Prof. Ganjar Kurnia.
During the event, Ade Kadarisman said his appreciation of recognition achieved by Unpad. According to him, this achievement is expected to be a momentum to perform better. The next challenge is to achieve the feat in other categories.
“It’s a matter of our evaluation of the future, a wide range of products of public relations we can do with the maximum,” said Ade.
In addition to the category of Cinderamata Utama, AMH 2016 also presented the award for the Internal Publishing, Public Relations Work Report 2015, the Information Services Through the Internet, Advertorial, Profile Institute, and Public Relations Agencies Exhibition. The event also presented PR awards 2016. Figures for this year, the figure fell to the Inspector General of Police Public Relations, Irjen Pol. Boy Rafli Amar and Muliaman Hadad.
The event was attended by the Minister of Communication and Information, Ir. Rudiantara, MBA., a number of leaders in various PR agencies, as well as public relations representatives from all agencies and institutions in Indonesia.*
