[Unpad Media Channel] Chiara Najlaa Athanina Ronny looked joyful as she attends the Universitas Padjadjaran Graduation Ceremony of Universitas Padjadjaran at Graha Sanusi Hardjadinata Unpad, Jl. Dipati Ukur No. 35 Bandung, on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025. Chiara, who enrolled in Unpad’s International Undergraduate Program (IUP) in 2020, graduated with a double degree from Unpad and the University of Northampton, UK.
“I chose Unpad because I saw that this campus was great for self-development, and coincidentally, my parents are Unpad alumni. Also, at that time, I had just learned about the IUP program at Unpad, which really caught my attention,” said Chiara during an interview with Kanal Media Unpad.
Chiara earned two degrees, a Bachelor’s in Economics (S.E.) from Unpad and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Northampton. While studying at the University of Northampton, UK, Chiara majored in Marketing. She expressed gratitude for choosing the IUP Unpad program as a path for her further studies. By earning these double degrees, Chiara proves the academic quality of Unpad in producing students who are globally competitive, while strengthening its international program’s position.
Currently, Chiara works as a Junior Auditor at Ernst & Young (EY), one of the Big 4 largest accounting firms in the world. Chiara was even recruited by the company before graduating. With this achievement, Chiara stands as a successful example of an IUP Unpad student who is able to compete globally.
“Studying at IUP Unpad offers many benefits, such as learning about different cultures, languages, and developing the ability to adapt, be independent, and responsible,” explained Chiara

This program offers opportunities to earn double and single degrees, with exchange opportunities at partner universities abroad.
