Leave a Nest Malaysia Promotes Tech Planter Program at Universitas Padjadjaran

[Unpad Media Channel] Universitas Padjadjaran hosts a sharing session about the Tech Planter program, organized by Leave a Nest, at the Science and Technology Area (KST) building, Unpad Jatinangor, on Friday, February 7th, 2025. The event is attended by researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurial talents interested in science and technology-based projects.

Tech Planter is an early-stage startup ecosystem program designed to support the development of innovative technology and bridge the gap between academic research and commercialization. Participants in the program have the opportunity to secure funding, gain access to a global network, and receive exposure to validate their ideas through an expert panel. Meanwhile, Leave a Nest is a global organization focused on technology and science development, with representations in several countries, including Malaysia.

The event featured speakers Dr. Suzianti Iskandar Vijaya and Aisyah Abdul Hamid, both serving as Assistant Managers in the Research Development Division at Leave a Nest Malaysia. Participants received in-depth insights into the benefits of joining Tech Planter, including funding opportunities in the form of cash prizes and seed funding, as well as access to a global network that can expand collaboration and investment opportunities.

Additionally, the event provided an opportunity for attendees to engage in a Q&A session, gain a deeper understanding of the program, and develop their technological ideas with the support of the Tech Planter global community. The program also offers international market access through Tech Planter’s presence in various countries.

The event, which began at 10:00 AM WIB, attracted researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurial talents eager to explore science and technology-based projects. The Tech Planter program serves as an early-stage startup ecosystem aimed at fostering technological innovation and bridging the gap between academic research and commercialization.

During the session, participants gained comprehensive insights into the advantages of joining Tech Planter, including funding opportunities and global networking access to expand collaboration and investment opportunities.
