Ninety-three Unpad’s PKM groups go through monitoring and evaluation session

[Unpad.ac.id, 17/07/2013] Students Creativity Program (PKM), Unit Entrepreneurship, Creation, Technology, Research, and Community Service now is in monitoring and evaluation (monev) session. In Unpad, the session was held on Wednesday (17/07) and Thursday (18/07) with two teams of reviewers from the Directorate of Research and Community Service Dikti (DP2M Dikti).

Ninety-three groups from Unpad that have passed the selection to be funded by Dikti join the monev session in Joint Meeting Room 1st and 2nd Floor, Rectorate Building, Unpad Jatinangor. Every participant presented their program and activity before the reviewing team which included  Bandung Arry Sanjoyo, drs., M.Ikom., and Ir. Sulhajji Jompa, M.Sc.from DP2M Dikti.

One of the staff members of Unpad’s Student Affairs Unit, who is also a member of the session committee, Muhamad Jamil Malik, S. Kom. Said that technically every PKM group was given 20 minutes which included an opportunity to present their work not more than 10 minutes and continued with a discussion with the reviewers for the same amount of time.

Jompa, one of the reviewers, said that the session would determine how far the funded groups had carried out their project. It is also to measure the preparation of the groups to take part in National Student Scientific Week (Pimnas) XXVI in September in Universitas Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara based on the readiness of the proposal and reports. The reviewers then would accumulate all the results in monev to select the groups to participate in the Pimnas.
