Understanding the Concepts of ‘Lovemarks’ and ‘Branding 101’

[Unpad Media Channel] The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science at Universitas Padjadjaran organizes a public lecture titled “Lovemarks and Branding 101: Road to Technopreneur University” with a speaker from marketing practitioner Sania Makki.

This event is part of the activities series for the 19th Anniversary Celebration in Bale Sawala Unpad Rectorate Building, Jatinangor, on Tuesday (4/6/2024). Several guests, professors, and students from the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science attend this event. A Professor from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Popy Rufaidah, and the Rector of Universitas Adzkia, Prof. Iwan Prayitno also attend this event.

In the release achieved by Unpad Media Channel, Sania said that branding 101 was a basic guideline about how to build a strong brand, starting from identifying the core brand values to effective communication strategies.

This involves a deeper understanding of the target market and how a brand can fulfill costumer’s needs and desires.

On the other hand, Sania said that love marks bring a deeper emotional dimension to the world of brands. They not only fulfill rational needs but also try to establish a strong emotional relationship with customers.
