[Unpad Media Channel] Universitas Padjadjaran welcomed a delegation from Quzhou University, China, to explore potential academic collaboration. The visit took place at the Rector’s Office, Unpad Rectorate Building, Jatinangor, Tuesday, 18th November 2025.
Unpad Rector, Prof. Arief Sjamsulaksan Kartasasmita, warmly welcomed the delegation. He expressed his hopes that the visit would soon lead to concrete partnership initiatives between Unpad and Quzhou University.
“We are honored to host Quzhou University today. Unpad is very interested in pursuing further collaboration, as many of the proposed programs align closely with ours and offer promising opportunities for future cooperation,” said the Rector.
Vice Party Secretary of Quzhou University, Wu Yaoguang, stated that the visit is expected to symbolize mutual friendship and serve as a starting point for broader collaboration. He also emphasized the importance of continued discussions to explore cooperation in various fields.
“Thank you for the warm welcome. We hope this visit becomes a great opportunity to build friendship with Unpad and establish many academic collaborations in the future,” Wu remarked.
The Quzhou University delegation included Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Liu Yawen; Deputy Dean of the College of Business, Wang Zuotie; and Deputy Dean of the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Jiang Mingjie, accompanied by representatives from the Indonesian Lecturers Association.
