[Unpad.ac.id, 4/01/2016] ] Rector of Universitas Padjadjaran, Prof. Tri Hanggono Achmad, inaugurated Dean and Vice Dean of all Faculties for 2016-2021 period in Graha Sanusi Hardjadinata Unpad, Jln. Dipati Ukur No. 3 Bandung on Monday (4/01). This inauguration was in accordance with the Decree of the Rector of University of Padjadjaran No. 3907-3954/UN6.RKT/KP/2015 dated December 31, 2015.
During the ceremony, Rector stressed the importance of collaboration that it shall not only intertwine within the scope of the internal of the faculty, good coordination and collaboration should also be conducted in the external sphere, including with leaders in inter-faculty.
“Cooperation is what we need to strongly build. None of current problems can be resolved without the intertwining with other sectors, “said Rector.
According Rector, coordination can be run well if it was considered as an act of cooperation. “This cooperation is what will take us further to the better,” he said.
In addition, he also stressed the importance of providing a strong impact for the development of the nation. It is also likely to be one of the indicators of the Legal Entities of State University.
“We are not only focusing on educational aspect alone, not only on research aspect alone, not only on aspect of community service. All three should be integrated as one. With a strong indicator, we provide leverage for economic development and strengthening cultural development of the nation, “he said.
Also, to improve efficiency and productivity performance, Rector said that starting in 2016 it has been established that financial management of the infrastructure and coordinated are done centrally. “Therefore functional work units can fully concentrate to be able to perform its functions related to the program,” he said. *
