[Unpad.ac.id, 15/03/2016] Universitas Padjadjaran participated in “Exhibition of Higher Education, Courses, and Training 2016” at Grha Bhayangkara, Bandung. The exhibition, held by Green Production, took place on 15-18 March 2016 and with participation from 40 universities and institutes and training courses in the city of Bandung and its surroundings.

Deden S. Grace, chairman of the exhibition, said that this 17th exhibition activity of higher education is targeting SMA/SMK students in Bandung and its surrounding areas. This activity aims to provide enlightenment and complete information to the students about the world of higher education.
“This is to support government programs in effort to improve productivity of younger generation by 2045 of the upcoming demographic bonus,” said Deden at the opening of the exhibition on Tuesday (15/03) afternoon.
Deden, Director of the Green Production, revealed that during four days of exhibition, the students are expected to gain more complete insight on the world of higher education and preparation for work. To that end, in addition to providing information booth on higher education, the committee also set up a booth to test one’s interest and potential.
“Therefore students can gain insights into his/her potential,” said Deden.
Head of Workforce, Academic and Institutional Kopertis Region IV Bandung, Dra. Hj. Deece Udansyah, M.Sc., during the opening of the exhibition said that in terms of choosing the right university, students are expected to choose an accredited university BAN-PT.
“Please consult with the data on Kopertis page. Do not choose the wrong universities, “said Deece.
During the exhibition, Unpad through the Public Relations and Protocol Division, also actively provide information about Unpad campus and its new admissions process. Many questions from prospective students ranged from the topic of selection mechanism, study program, system of lectures, scholarships, tuition free up program for study programs Undergraduate Medical Education and Specialist at the Faculty of Medicine. *
