[Unpad.ac.id, 1/08/2016] Unit of Quality Assurance Unit (SPM) held Universitas Padjadjaran Training Certification Internal Accreditation Assessors Batch 2 at Aston Primera Pasteur Hotel, Monday (1/08) and Tuesday (2/08). 47 participants who are Internal Auditor and Chairman of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) Faculty in Unpad without prior training attended this training.

Met during the event, Head of SPM Unpad, Dr. Hj. Rd. Funny Mustikasari Elita, revealed that the training was held to improved the quality of higher education in Unpad, and to improve the competence of the auditors in order to be on par Unpad assessors.
“Assessors who has passed this certification will be assigned to assist the joint study program assessors BAN PT in Unpad. This is done in parallel as we do regeneration,” said Dr. Funny.
Thus, during the guidance period for study program, participants have been informed about the parameters of quality study programs. In addition, these activities were also held to attract the number of competent with appropriate expertise Internal assessors Unpad. It was expected that this training could gather participants who have qualified for the recommended and would be recommended by SPM to be Unpad External Assessor (BAN PT) who will work at the national level.
“We also wanted to select candidates for assessors we will recommend to BAN PT. If the participants passed and met the qualifications set by BAN PT, we will encourage them to apply, “said Dr. Funny.
Similar training was held in three batches this year, and batch 3 will be held in late 2016. Assessor Training Batch 1 was held some time ago and SPM Unpad has passed a total of 18 Internal Assessor of 35 participants who had attended the training.
In this training, in addition to receive material from the speakers, participants also conduct direct practice. They were divided into 8 groups to cross simulate with provided software of Measurement and Assessment Accreditation Program in Unpad. On the first day, participants receive materials about the measurement and assessment Standard Form 3A (Program) Standards 1-7, and on the second day the participants received materials regarding Measurement Standard Form 3B (Faculty) 1-7 Standard and self-evaluation.*
