[Unpad.ac.id, 8/08/2016] Students of Universitas Padjadjaran who participated in the 29th National Student Scientific Week participants (Pimnas) registerd on the desk in Common Class Room building, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Monday (8/08). On desk registration was the final data verification of the online registration process.

The participants were required to submit online registration proof, color photos, letters of assignment from the university, copies of student card, SPPD Pimnas, soft files of the materials to be presented, and a PKM poster.
Unlike the previous years, this year’s on desk registration was conducted sporadically in each class in accordance with the scheme of the PKM that the participants took part. The leader of the delegation, Dr. Iman Hernaman, M.Si. expressed that the system made the registration process easier, safer and more organized compared to the previous years.
“Now the participants can enjoy the event better because they didn’t have to wait too long,” said Dr. Iman.
He also mentioned about the administrative preparedness of the participant in facing the registration process. The supporting team, the participants, and the supervisors always reminded each other about the requirements that must be met in the registration process.
“It is complete. We reminded each other via social media, and through direct approach. The academic staff also always reminded the participants about the requirements, “he said.
After completing the registration verification processes, they received various materials such as nametags, bags, t-shirts, and guidebooks.

The participants arrived in Bogor on Sunday (7/08), after being departed by the Director of Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. Ir. Heryawan Kemal Mustafa, M.Sc. and the board in Unpad Rectorate Building , Jatinangor, Sunday morning.
To participants, Dr. Heryawan hoped the students would be able to do their best in this event. Previously, the various preparations have been made for the performance of the participants.
“Whatever has been prepared, we have to optimize it,” said Dr. Heryawan.
At the event, Unpad Pimnas passed 9 teams PKM to compete alongside other 431 teams from 144 universities all over Indonesia. The Nine teams are 2 teams PKM scheme research of exact sciences (PKM PE), 1 team schemes PKM social research of Humanities (PKM PSH), 2 teams PKM Community scheme (PKM), 1 team schemes PKM Entrepreneurship (PKM K), 1 team schemes PKM Karsa Copyright (PKM KC), 1 team schemes PKM technologies (PKM T) as well as 1 team schemes PKM Written Idea (PKM GT).
In addition, this year the Unpad also participated in Pimnas Investment Summit. In this event, Unpad sent 4 program student creativity, namely Rutatiyaren (chicken Tiren detector gloves), Kennedy (bags clogs motifs), automatic green house system, and Perawan Tua (Cover and Magic Maintenance of Shoe). Four of these programs was elected because they were considered groundbreaking and has assessed the opportunities for mass production.
“This event is a meeting between creative people and investors,” said Dr. Iman.*
