[Unpad.ac.id, 17/08/2016]Universitas Padjadjaran held 71st Indonesia Independence Day Ceremony in Front Field Main Building Unpad, Jln. Dipati Ukur No. 35 Bandung, Wednesday (17/08) starting at 8:00 pm. The ceremony was solemnly conducted.
Acting as the ceremony leader was Rector, Prof. Tri Hanggono Achmad. The ceremony was attended by educators, staff, and students of Universitas Padjadjaran. Acting as ceremony officers was a number of leaders of faculty and students from the Student Activity Unit Unpad, including Student Choir, Scout Unit Padjadjaran, Padjadjaran Sadaluhung Drum Corps, Corps Students Protocol, and Unit II Padjadjaran Yon regiment.
In the ceremony, the text of Independence Proclamation was read by the ceremony leader. In addition, text of Pancasila was recited by Dean of Faculty of Psychology Unpad, Dr. Hj. Hendriati Agustiani, M.Si, the text of the Preamble of the Constitution of 1945 by Dean of the Faculty of Arts Unpad, Drs. Yuyu Yohana Risagarniwa, M.Ed., Ph.D, and reading of a prayer by Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture Unpad, Dr. Ir. H. Sudarjat, M.P. *
