480 Prospective Students of Applied Bachelor Unpad Conducted Administration Registration

[Unpad.ac.id, 18/08/2016] 480 new students of Universitas Padjadjaran Applied Bachelor Degree Program Academic Year 2016/2017 conducted administrative registration at Bale Santika Unpad, Jatinangor, Thursday (18/08). They include 105 students of Public Administration, 107 students of Public Administration Study Program, 106 students of Taxation Accounting Department, 44 students of China Languages and Cultures, and 118 students of Media Production Management.

“This registration is conducted by completing the entire administration and receiving Student Identity Card (KTM),” said Head of Academic Administration Drs. Sudarma, MM during the registration session.

In this process, prospective students are asked to bring a number of files that have been determined at the time of online registration, to be then verified by clerks. The participants then conducted a photo shoot for the Student Identity Card (KTM) and get a Student Identification Number (NPM).

Technically, this registration is done through a queuing system, where Unpad offers table service for file verification and KTM photo. Unpad also provided a table of cases to serve students who have problems in the registration process.

“Overall everything was conducted properly,” said Sudarma.

New students also conducted health checks at Bale Santika Unpad Futsal Field. Inspection is done Thursday for Faculty of Communication Sciences and Faculty of Economics and Business, and Friday (8/19) for the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.

“The activities were carried out simultaneous to facilitate new students complete two processes, namely medical and registration,” said Sudarma.

These health checks include blood pressure and heart rate check, height and weight measurements, and examination of medical history by doctors. *
