AIESEC in Unpad is the local chapter of AIESEC in Indonesia which is based at Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad). AIESEC itself is an international organization run by youth and which focuses on developing youth leadership through practical experience and cross-cultural exchange. As part of AIESEC in Indonesia, AIESEC in Unpad provides a platform for students at Universitas Padjadjaran and its surroundings to develop themselves by being involved in various youth programs and initiatives through cross-cultural experiences, volunteer programs and professional opportunities abroad.
Achievements in the last five years:
- Implemented Volunteering Activity based on SDGs, specifically a Local Project for 159 young people around Jatinangor.
- Top 3 Best Local Project Performance award from 2025 AIESEC in Indonesia.
- Implemented Global Volunteering Activity, engaging 19 young people from around Jatinangor in international projects.
- Ranked 1st for Leadership Satisfaction Member Score, measured by the Net Promoter Score across all AIESEC chapters in Indonesia.
- Executed a 3-month Self-Development incubation program for 286 young people through AIESEC Future Leaders.
- Top 3 People Award from 2023 AIESEC in Indonesia.
- Top 3 oGV Performance in 2023 and 2024 from AIESEC in Indonesia.
- Top 3 YT/IC Performance in 2024 from AIESEC in Indonesia.
