Coinciding with the 52nd anniversary of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), the Rector, Prof. Ganjar Kurnia, introduced the university’s organizational culture slogan: “Universitas Padjadjaran RESPECT”. Organizational culture is the embodiment of core values that differentiate an institution from others. It serves as a guiding philosophy for policies and actions within the university.

All elements included in this organizational culture are expected to be practiced by all members of the Unpad academic community in their daily academic and professional activities.
