[Unpad.ac.id, 14/07/2016] Deadline for online bio submission as one of the stages of new Unpad student registration from Joint Admission of State Universities (SBMPTN) 2016 is on July 18, 2016. This online bio submission is conducted in http://pengumuman.unpad.ac.id using test number as user ID and date of birth as a password.
Head of Subdivision of Public Relations & Protocol Unpad, Rury Ratnasari, S. Sos., reminded prospective students who have passed SBMPTN to not neglect the online bio submission. Although they have passed SBMPTN, each prospective student must complete the online bio or s/he will be considered resigning.
“Still four more days before the final deadline of submitting online bio on 18 July. Hopefully, students do not fall slack off due to the long holiday, and forget to fill in their personal data that is required for registration administration, “said Rury.
Meanwhile Head of Subdivision Selection and Registration Unpad, Ahmad Baehaqi, S.Si., MT, added that Unpad new students are expected to fill the online personal data with the correct data punctually. Therefore, prospective students are expected to read and understand the flow of information and a schedule of registration that has been presented on the announcement page.

After online registration, the next stage is health test at UPT Kesehatan Unpad, Jln. Dipati Ukur No. 46 Bandung on 19-29 July 2016.
Students can select the date of their test during online bio submission, and it will be directly connected to new student health testing services registration.
On July 26, 2016, new students are required to download form of Single Tuition Payment (UKT) to receive the payment number and amount of UKT to be paid. The UKT payment can be made through banks that have been cooperating with Unpad, namely BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, BJB, or BTN.
“There is always a question of which account is used to transfer UKT?” Do note that payment UKT is not using account number, but only the invoice number. Use the delivery channel in each bank, be it through teller, ATMs, mobile banking, or Internet banking,” he explained.
This UKT payment can be made until August 1, 2016. For those who wish to obtain additional information re UKT, Unpad will provide helpdesk services in Rector Building Campus Jatinangor.
If students have completed the online bio submission, they will receive administrative registration schedule at 2 and/or August 3, 2016 at Bale Santika Jatinangor. During administrative registration, new students are expected to bring their required documents with a file that has been determined and wearing neat and polite clothes.
For students of Faculty of Medicine, they must be present in Auditorium of Teaching Hospital Unpad, Jln. Prof. Eyckman Bandung on August 1, 2016 at 9:00 pm, accompanied by a parent to sign a Letter of Agreement of Future Employment.
In addition, for students admitted through SNMPTN who have conducted registration, Ahmad Baehaqi said that there is additional data required to be submitted on the bit.ly/unpadform. This data should be filled before August 3, 2016.*
