[Unpad.ac.id, 14/03/2013] Unpad Student Regiment Mahawarman Battalion II is organizing office staff training (KDS) from March 13 to 17, 2013 in Bale Rucita, Rectorate Building in Jatinangor. As many as 63 participants from 23 universities statewide receive the training.
According to the commander of the Battalion II Student Regiment Unpad, M. Zaenudin, the training is an annual educational program that student regiment members have to take. The training covers basic knowledge on organizational routines to improve the work performance of intelligent, operational, logistic, and territorial staff members.
“It is somewhat a pride that we can get all student regiment members to reconvene in our university for this training,: said Zaenudin.
The training is presenting speakers coming from various backgrounds, most of which are military. They are the commandant of military district, Den Intel Kodam 3 Siliwangi, Secapa TNI AD, Territorial Education Center, Military Police Education Center, and Officer Training Center.
Zaenudin has high hope that this training will make all regiment members understand the responsibilities of staff for it will determine future success of the organization. “Leaders are to make decision, the decision should be based on suggestions that staff make. Hopefully KDS will result in good decision makers,” he concluded.
