[Unpad.ac.id, 12/01/2016] Universitas Padjadjaran can achieve good performance today and in the future because a solid foundation that has been initiated by the leaders of Padjadjaran in the past.
Rector Universitas Padjadjaran, Prof. Tri Hanggono Achmad, said during the appreciation night previous and current Deans and Vice Deans at the implementation of Leaders Unpad Working Meeting in Purwakarta, Monday night(11/01).
“We could not we move forward and become better if foundation that had been initiated by our former colleagues are absent. We thank you and perpetually appreciate our colleagues who had given extraordinary devotion to Unpad, “said Rector.
While Prof. Deddy Mulyana, as the representative of previous term Deans said that leaders must encourage people to orient themselves on achievement, building motivation for everyone to work harder.
“We must maintain open communicate with them with an ‘open door’ policy. We are also not only open our door, but also associate with others, observe and listen to what they are complaining about, “said Prof. Deddy Mulyana.
The Appreciation Night was filled with music performances and motivation speech from Iwan RA Abdulrachman, who is also a member of the Board of Trustees, Universitas Padjadjaran.*
